Hatta bu mevzuda teknoloji \u00f6ncesi insan\u0131 etkileme, kontrol alt\u0131na alabilme, insan\u0131n \u015fahsiyetine m\u00fcdahale edebilme, zihnini mankurtla\u015ft\u0131rma gibi i\u015flere \u015eamanzim, Taoizm, Maniheizm, Katharizm, Yahudi mistisizmi olan Kabbala, Bogomilizm, Bahailik, mitolojik unsurlar vb. rit\u00fceller ile hakim olunmu\u015f; b\u00fcy\u00fc, sihir, r\u00fcya, cinleme, hipnoz, telepati, telekinezi gibi unsurlar kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Teknoloji \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda ise bu mezkur unsurlar, teknolojik cihazlarla birlikte varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 modernle\u015ftirerek insan \u00fczerinde kullan\u0131lmaya devam etmi\u015f ve etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn genel anlam\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de zihin kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn konu\u015fulmas\u0131 ise Salih Mirzabeyo\u011flu&#8217;nun pratikte zihin kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015famas\u0131 ve teoride ise bunu ilmi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya d\u00f6kerek -ismi de kendisine ait olmak \u00fczere- &#8220;Telegram&#8221;\u0131 ke\u015ffetmesiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Telegram&#8221; kelimesi; &#8220;uzak&#8221; manas\u0131na gelen &#8220;tele&#8221; ve &#8220;uzaktan yazmak, \u00e7izmek, kaydetme&#8221; manalar\u0131na gelen &#8220;graf-gram&#8221; kelimelerinden m\u00fcte\u015fekkil bir kelimedir. Telgraf da uzak yerlerle haberle\u015fme manas\u0131na gelir. Telgrafta, nesneden nesneye aktar\u0131m s\u00f6z konusu iken yani ortada iki cihaz\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131 varken, Telegram&#8217;da bir cihaz ve di\u011fer cihaz yerine insan\u0131n kendisi vard\u0131r. Ki\u015fiyi elektromanyetik dalgalarla y\u00f6netmekle birlikte, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 konu\u015fma (ki bu y\u00f6netenin inisiyatifine ba\u011fl\u0131), ses ve s\u00f6z aktar\u0131m\u0131 mevcuttur. Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 haberle\u015fme s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131 da &#8220;Telegram&#8221; ismini vermi\u015ftir Salih Mirzabeyo\u011flu.<\/p>\n<p>*<\/p>\n<p>1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda haks\u0131z yere tutuklanan Salih Mirzabeyo\u011flu hukuksuz &#8220;yarg\u0131lama&#8221; safhas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan idam cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, idam\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla cezas\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcebbete \u00e7evrilmi\u015fti. 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kartal Cezaevi\u2019nde 8 metrekarelik h\u00fccresinde oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde ba\u015flayan Telegram i\u015fkencesi farkl\u0131 ekipler ve \u00e7e\u015fitli yo\u011funluklarla \u015fehadetine (16 May\u0131s 2018) kadar devam etti. Zaten kendisi de ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 yazar Abdullah Kirac\u0131 ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 telefon g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinde &#8220;Beni oturdu\u011fum yerde oturtturmayacak, y\u00fcr\u00fcsem de y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyecek. Bana bir \u015fey olursa Telegram&#8217;dan&#8230;&#8221;(1) diyerek i\u015fkenceyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini belirtmi\u015f, vefat\u0131n\u0131n da Telegram vas\u0131tas\u0131yla olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 haber vermi\u015ftir. \u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olmas\u0131yla birlikte iz b\u0131rakmamas\u0131na dair \u015fu tesbiti yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: &#8220;Uzaktan elektromanyetik dalgalarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve hi\u00e7bir iz b\u0131rakmadan dengesiz-delice-deli bir tip ve organizmada buna \u015fahitlik eden sarsakl\u0131klar meydana getirebilen, hatta sadece psikolojik tahribat de\u011fil, do\u011frudan do\u011fruya \u00f6ld\u00fcrme i\u015fini yapabilen bu cihaz&#8230;&#8221;(2)<\/p>\n<p>Mirzabeyo\u011flu, Telegram i\u015fkencesinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bizzat \u015fahidi ve ya\u015fayan\u0131 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde -d\u00fcnyada su\u00e7 te\u015fkil etti\u011fi halde- devlet adamlar\u0131nca kaale al\u0131nmad\u0131 ve yoklu\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc. Bir di\u011fer yanda ise y\u0131llarca zihin kontrol\u00fc \u00fczerine abs\u00fcrt ve ger\u00e7ek d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yaz\u0131 ve konu\u015fmalarla g\u00fcndeme gelen \u00fc\u00e7 be\u015f sahtekar yazar tayfas\u0131 bu meseleyi suland\u0131rd\u0131 ve sapt\u0131rd\u0131. Mevzu oldu\u011funun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka yerlere kayd\u0131. Yine Telegram&#8217;\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu -anlayabildi\u011fimiz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde- Salih Mirzabeyo\u011flu&#8217;nun kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Telegram ve \u00d6l\u00fcm Odas\u0131 eserlerinden \u00f6\u011freniyoruz. Mirzabeyo\u011flu, zor ve kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k oldu\u011fu kadar anla\u015f\u0131labilecek ve \u00fczerinde derin ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131lacak minvalde Telegram meselesininin teorisini ve prati\u011fini g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi. Asl\u0131nda bilim adamlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fi olan bir mevzuyu t\u00fcm ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla milletin \u00f6n\u00fcne sundu.<\/p>\n<p>Telegram&#8217;da gayesizlik gayesi, insan\u0131 \u015fahsiyetsizle\u015ftirmek, mankurtla\u015ft\u0131rmak. Cihaz\u0131n marifeti de zaten burada ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Ki\u015fiyi tamamen tahakk\u00fcm\u00fc alt\u0131na alma, duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini y\u00f6nlendirme, sesli ve s\u00f6zl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131, fiziki ve ruhi i\u015fkence. Bunun sonunda ya tamamen mankurtla\u015fmaya yahut \u00f6l\u00fcme giden bir yol bulunmaktad\u0131r. Mankurtla\u015fma mevzuunu Salih Mirzabeyo\u011flu, &#8220;Telegram&#8221; isimli eserinde Cengiz Aytmatov&#8217;un &#8220;G\u00fcn Olur Asra Bedel&#8221; isimli eserindeki mankurt hadisesinden g\u00f6stermektedir. \u0130nsan\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmesine ve delirmesine yol a\u00e7an i\u015fkence usul\u00fcnden bahseder Aytmatov.
