Adem (as)\u00a0 idi.<\/p>\n<p>Bunu, devletin do\u011fu\u015funu, t\u0131pk\u0131 insan\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc izah edemeyip bir mitoloji h\u00e2lesinin i\u00e7ine hapseden s\u00f6zde bilimsel materyalist yakla\u015f\u0131mlar ile bu konuyu g\u00fcndemine bile almayan s\u00f6zde ruh\u00e7u anlay\u0131\u015flardan esasta ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z noktay\u0131 belirtmek i\u00e7in s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz. Bug\u00fcnden bakarak devlet veya benzeri m\u00fcessesele\u015fmelerin bir ihtiya\u00e7 ve zaruret oldu\u011fu neticesini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p \u201czaten olmak zorundayd\u0131; insan\u00ee geli\u015fimin olmazsa olmaz sonucuydu\u201d diyenlere, tahayy\u00fcl ettikleri ve insan\u00ee olu\u015fun zorunlu sonucu olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri \u201cdevletin de \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kan ideal cemiyet\u201din niye bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc olu\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir sormak laz\u0131m. Devlet tesisi \u0130sl\u00e2m&#8217;da, Allah&#8217;\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara y\u00f6nelik bir emridir. Osmanl\u0131 Devleti y\u0131k\u0131lana kadar, t\u00fcm \u0130sl\u00e2m devletleri me\u015fruiyetlerini Kur&#8217;an ve S\u00fcnnet&#8217;te bulmu\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131k boyunca ilah\u00ee emre kendini istinad eden devletler de, \u00f6z itibariyle, me\u015fruiyetlerinin kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 ayn\u0131 yerden, Mutlak Varl\u0131k&#8217;tan ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Mutlak Fikir&#8217;den alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihte te\u015fekk\u00fcl etmi\u015f ve Mutlak Fikir ba\u011fl\u0131lar\u0131nca kurulmam\u0131\u015f di\u011fer devletlere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise, onlar\u0131n yine dinden beslendiklerini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. O dinin v\u00e2z etti\u011fi ahl\u00e2k\u00ee normlar\u0131 tatbik liyakatinde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 her daim ispatlama cehdiyle, me\u015fr\u00fbiyetlerini temine \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fahede ediyoruz. Rasyonaliteye en yak\u0131n oldu\u011funu iddia edenler dahi \u201ch\u00fcmanizm, insan haklar\u0131, insanlar\u0131n refah ve mutlulu\u011fu, hak, adalet\u201d bi\u00e7iminde \u00f6zetlenebilecek, kendilerine inanmay\u0131 gerektiren \u00fcst varl\u0131klar olu\u015fturup kurduklar\u0131 devletlerin me\u015fr\u00fbiyetini bunlar \u00fczerine bina etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Teorik planda devlet, tebaas\u0131n\u0131n veya vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131\u011f\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvenli bir liman, do\u011frudan hissedilemese de var oldu\u011funun bilinmesi insanlara huzur ve s\u00fckunet a\u015f\u0131layan bir kurumdur.
