Bu problemlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda dil mevzuu geliyor. Dil, insan\u0131n temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131nda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u00e7lardan biri olmas\u0131ndan \u00f6te ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir ihtiya\u00e7 ve insan\u0131n insan olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u00f6nemli bir \u015fey. \u0130nsan\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131, Allah\u2019\u0131n \u201cK\u00fcn\u201d diye emri neticesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede biz insanlar ve d\u00fcnyada g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz her \u015fey hatta b\u00fct\u00fcn bir k\u00e2inat Allah\u2019\u0131n kelam\u0131ndan tecellilerinden ibarettir. Dil meselesi sonradan kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bir mesele de\u011fil en ba\u015ftan beri var olan bir meseledir. Bu konuda m\u00fctefekkir Salih Mirzabeyo\u011flu \u015f\u00f6yle diyor: \u201cKelam taayy\u00fcn ve belirlemek m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ve Allah\u2019\u0131n insana kendi nefesinden \u00fcfledi\u011fini bildirdi\u011fi ruhun isimlerinden biri de Kelime-i ehemdir. \u00d6ne al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f s\u00f6z, s\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6ne al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f\u0131\u2026 Demek oluyor ki, me\u00e7hulden kurtar\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken malumlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u2018her \u015feyden \u00f6nce kelam vard\u0131\u2019 hikmeti bulunuyor.\u201d (Mirzabeyo\u011flu 2013:17)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dil ve D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hayvan ile insan\u0131 ay\u0131ran temel \u015fey \u015fuurdur. Hayvanda i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fc, insanda ise \u015fuur vard\u0131r. Hayvanlar bir faaliyet yapt\u0131klar\u0131nda kendi ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirebilmek i\u00e7in Allah taraf\u0131ndan onlara verilen i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fclerle yaparlar. Bir aslan \u201cBug\u00fcn karn\u0131m\u0131 doyurmak i\u00e7in bir ceylan yemeliyim\u201d demedi\u011fi gibi bir ceylan da \u201cAslan beni yakalarsa yer. Ondan dolay\u0131 ka\u00e7mal\u0131y\u0131m\u201d demez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hayvanlarda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce faaliyeti bulunmaz. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce insana mahsus bir \u00f6zelliktir. \u0130nsan\u0131n konu\u015fma faaliyeti de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve \u015fuur vesilesiyledir. Meseleyi bu minval \u00fczere de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimizde dil ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce birbirinden ayr\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi bedahet halinde kendini g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n konu\u015ftuklar\u0131 \u015fey genel itibariyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini yans\u0131t\u0131r ve insan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebildi\u011fi kadar konu\u015fabilir. Bundan dolay\u0131d\u0131r ki milletlerin zihin ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek isteyenler k\u00fclt\u00fcr emperyalizminin \u201cmilletlerin dilini yok etmek veya kendi dillerine benzetmek\u201d gibi i\u015flevlerine ba\u015fvurmaktad\u0131rlar. B\u00f6ylelikle kitleleri rahatl\u0131kla kontrol edebileceklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler. Oysa her milleti \u201cMutlak Fikir\u201d \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kendi hasr\u0131 i\u00e7inde muhafaza etmek ve geli\u015fmesine imkan tan\u0131mak gerekir. Bunu en g\u00fczel haliyle yapan ve yepyeni bir anlay\u0131\u015f dili olu\u015fturup milletin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini ona g\u00f6re kuran B\u00fcy\u00fck Do\u011fu &#8211; \u0130bda d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn mimarlar\u0131 Necip Faz\u0131l K\u0131sak\u00fcrek ve Salih Mirzabeyo\u011flu kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda duruyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcr emperyalizmi bahsine geri d\u00f6nmek gerekirse bunu m\u00fc\u015fahede etmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok geriye gitmemize gerek yok. Yak\u0131n tarihimiz bunun en ac\u0131 \u00f6rnekleri ile dolu ve hala ac\u0131 bir \u015fekilde bunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrk Dil Kurumu\u2019nun ve s\u00f6zde ayd\u0131n taifesinin dilimizi sadele\u015ftirmek ve saf T\u00fcrk\u00e7e olu\u015fturmak kisvesiyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 katliamlar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 derinden etkilemi\u015ftir. Her alanda Bat\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hissetti\u011fimiz a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k kompleksi dil meselesinde de kendini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bu kompleksin sebebi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn \u201cMutlak Fikir\u201dden uzakla\u015fma, ya\u015fan\u0131lan yabanc\u0131la\u015fma ve cehalettir. K\u00fclt\u00fcr emperyalizmi sadece dili tahrif \u00fczere kurulan kurumlarla yap\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r. Okullarda verilen dil e\u011fitimleri ve medya yoluyla telkin edilen dil ile de k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze dinamit konulmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnyaya h\u00fckmetti\u011fimiz d\u00f6nemi inceledi\u011fimizde toplumun \u00f6nemli bir kesiminin ve y\u00f6neticilerin edebi anlamda \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliriz. Bunlardan en dikkat \u00e7ekici olanlar\u0131 Fatih Sultan Mehmed\u2019in ve Yavuz Sultan Selim\u2019in divanlar\u0131d\u0131r. Yavuz Sultan Selim d\u00f6neminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u015fu olay d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin dile etkisi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan m\u00fchim:<\/p>\n<p>Yavuz Sultan Selim Han, bir g\u00fcn nas\u0131l olduysa g\u00f6n\u00fcl ehli olan \u015e\u00e2ir Vehb\u00ee\u2019yi yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131kla \u00fcz\u00fcp, yan\u0131ndan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f. \u015e\u00e2ir Vehb\u00ee de diy\u00e2r diy\u00e2r dola\u015f\u0131p yerle\u015fecek yer arad\u0131ktan sonra, nih\u00e2yet Van M\u00fcft\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn yan\u0131nda k\u00e2tip olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f. Aradan biraz zaman ge\u00e7tikten sonra, Sultan Selim Han \u015f\u00e2iri tekrar bulmak istemi\u015f. Fakat ara ki bulas\u0131n\u2026 \u015e\u00e2ir sanki yer yar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f da i\u00e7ine girmi\u015f. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f, ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve akl\u0131na bir fikir gelmi\u015f. Demi\u015f ki, \u201cBen bir m\u0131sr\u00e2 yazay\u0131m ve bir yar\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczenlensin. Benim m\u0131sr\u00e2m\u0131 beyte tamamlayan en g\u00fczel m\u0131sr\u00e2y\u0131 yazana m\u00fck\u00e2f\u00e2t verece\u011fimi ilan edeyim. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki \u015e\u00e2ir Vehb\u00ee de dayanamay\u0131p, kat\u0131lacakt\u0131r. O vakit, onu \u00fcsl\u00fbbundan tan\u0131r\u0131m.\u201d Ard\u0131ndan \u015fu m\u0131sr\u00e2y\u0131 yazm\u0131\u015f: \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya benim olsa gam\u0131m gitmez nedendir bu?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hemen m\u00fcn\u00e2d\u00eeler \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve Devlet-i \u00c2l-i Osm\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n her k\u00f6\u015fesinde Sultan\u2019\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yar\u0131\u015fma \u00eel\u00e2n edilmi\u015f. Tabi\u00ee kat\u0131lan \u00e7ok olmu\u015f. Her eli kalem tutan, Sultan\u2019\u0131n m\u0131sr\u00e2s\u0131na bir m\u0131sr\u00e2 kat\u0131p, saraya g\u00f6ndermi\u015f. Fakat padi\u015fah hi\u00e7birisini kabul etmemi\u015f. Her gelene \u201cHay\u0131r\u201d demi\u015f, \u201cArad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bu de\u011fil.\u201d Van M\u00fcft\u00fcs\u00fc bu h\u00e2li i\u015fitince, \u201c\u015eans\u0131m\u0131 bir de ben deneyeyim, nasipse olur\u201d deyip, koyulmu\u015f bir m\u0131sr\u00e2 yazmaya. Kendince bir \u015feyler yazd\u0131ktan sonra, bir de k\u00e2tibine g\u00f6stermi\u015f, \u201cNas\u0131l olmu\u015f?\u201d diye. \u015e\u00e2ir Vehb\u00ee de, \u201c\u015euras\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle olsa nas\u0131l olur?\u201d, \u201c\u015euras\u0131n\u0131 da \u015f\u00f6yle de\u011fi\u015ftirseniz g\u00fczel olmaz m\u0131?\u201d derken ortaya \u015fu m\u0131sr\u00e2 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f: \u201cEzelden gam tur\u00e2b\u0131yla yo\u011frulmu\u015f bir bedendir bu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e2di\u015fah Van M\u00fcft\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nden gelen beyti okuyunca birden durmu\u015f. \u201cTamam\u201d demi\u015f, \u201c\u0130\u015fte arad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 buldum. Hemen haber sal\u0131n bu m\u0131sr\u00e2n\u0131n \u015f\u00e2irine, saraya gelsin.\u201d M\u00fcft\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck bir heyecanla gelmi\u015f saraya. Padi\u015fahla bizzat g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmek \u00fczere huz\u00fbra al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f. Padi\u015fah arad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bulmu\u015f olman\u0131n rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sormu\u015f : \u201cBak m\u00fcft\u00fc efendi. Bu m\u0131sr\u00e2 ile m\u00fck\u00e2f\u00e2t\u0131 hakettin. L\u00e2kin\u2026 E\u011fer ben \u00fcsl\u00fbptan \u015fu kadar anl\u0131yorsam, bu m\u0131sr\u00e2\u0131n \u015f\u00e2iri sen de\u011filsin.\u201d M\u00fcft\u00fc efendi hi\u00e7 uzun etmemi\u015f. \u201cDo\u011frudur h\u00fcnk\u00e2r\u0131m\u201d demi\u015f. \u00a0\u201cKimdir o halde?\u201d S\u00f6ylemi\u015f m\u00fcft\u00fc, \u201cK\u00e2tibimdir\u201d demi\u015f. \u201c\u0130smi nedir k\u00e2tibinin?\u201d \u201cVehb\u00ee\u2026\u201d \u201cDo\u011fru, Vehb\u00ee\u2019dir. Elhamd\u00fclill\u00e2h, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131n \u00f6yleyse gelsin.\u201d Yavuz\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fcnen \u015fiirde \u00fcslup, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve estetik birlikteli\u011fi. \u0130ncelik idraki ve muhte\u015fem bir deruni idrak. O g\u00fcnlerden kalan m\u0131sra: B\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya benim olsa gam\u0131m gitmez nedendir bu \/ \u00c7\u00fcn ezelden gam tur\u00e2b\u0131yla yo\u011frulmu\u015f bedendir bu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu misalden hareketle d\u00fcn\u00fcn cemiyetinin y\u00f6netici yahut teba, her birinin sahip olduklar\u0131 zengin dil, meseleleri daha derinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmelerine ve tahlil etmelerine sebep oluyordu. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz y\u00f6netici ve toplumuna bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda dilimizin k\u00fcf\u00fcr ve kuru laf kalabal\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu rahatl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz aras\u0131nda bir muhasebe yaparak dilin ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu anlayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Dilin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi olu\u015fturmas\u0131nda ne kadar ehemmiyet arzetti\u011fini bize g\u00f6steren ba\u015fka bir \u00f6rnek de Hz. Ali Efendimizin Arap dilinin bozuldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp bug\u00fcn bizim \u201cEmsile Bina\u201d dedi\u011fimiz dil kurallar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0 Dilin bozulmas\u0131 demek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131 demek olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildiklerinden bu meseleye \u00e7ok \u00f6nem vermi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkler, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmadan \u00f6nce g\u00f6\u00e7ebe bir hayat tarz\u0131na sahiplerdi. \u0130slam\u2019dan \u00f6nceki T\u00fcrklerin edebi eserleri \u00e7ok nadirdir. \u0130\u00e7inde anlat\u0131lanlar ise sava\u015ftan ve ge\u00e7mi\u015flerinden ibarettir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131lar\u0131 ve hayatlar\u0131 dillerini etkilemi\u015ftir. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduktan sonraysa edebi anlamda zirveye oynayan T\u00fcrklerin dilini inceledi\u011fimizde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zenginlikle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduktan sonra Arap\u00e7a ve Fars\u00e7a ile tan\u0131\u015fan T\u00fcrkler, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ile bu dilleri harmanlay\u0131p ortaya edebi anlamda zengin ve zevk veren OSMANLICA dilini olu\u015fturdular. Bu dil ile edebi anlamda bir\u00e7ok eser telif edildi. Sonradan harf devrimi ve s\u00f6zde ayd\u0131n taifesinin dilimizi sadele\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 dil katliam\u0131 neticesinde zengin bir dile sahipken fakir bir dile mahkum edildik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dil \u00d6\u011fretimi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dil \u00f6\u011fretimi ele alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir ba\u015fka mevzuu. \u0130nsan her dili konu\u015fabilecek \u015fekilde yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bebeklerin dil yap\u0131s\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131 ebeveynleri taraf\u0131ndan hangi y\u00f6ne evrilirse o y\u00f6ne do\u011fru gidecektir. Bebekler do\u011fduklar\u0131 zaman ilk \u00f6nce etraf\u0131ndakileri incelerler. Hi\u00e7bir bebek do\u011far do\u011fmaz etraftaki nesnelere vak\u0131f olmaz. Bu nesneleri ebeveynleri taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenir. Dilde bu \u015fekilde \u00f6\u011frenilmektedir. Bebekler duyduklar\u0131 seslerle konu\u015fmaya a\u015fina olurlar. \u0130lk \u00f6nce konu\u015fana kadar a\u011flamak ve baz\u0131 sesler \u00e7\u0131karmak suretiyle \u00e7evreyle anla\u015f\u0131rlar. Bebe\u011fin a\u011flama sesine g\u00f6re ne demek istedi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131labilir. Bu hususta dilbilimci David Crystal s\u00f6yle der: Ac\u0131 a\u011flamas\u0131, \u015fiddetli bir g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc patlamas\u0131yla y\u00fcksek perdeden ba\u015flar; onu takip eden daha da k\u0131sa ve al\u00e7ak seslidir. Bebek kuca\u011fa al\u0131n\u0131p ok\u015fan\u0131rsa a\u011flama son bulacakt\u0131r. Aksi halde biri gelip onu sakinle\u015ftirene kadar tekrarlan\u0131r. (Crystal 2018:16)<\/p>\n<p>Bebek ilk \u00f6nce baz\u0131 sesleri \u00e7\u0131karmaya ba\u015flar. Bu sesler genelde anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r sesler de\u011fildir. Yani bebe\u011fin ne dedi\u011fini anlayamay\u0131z. Sonradan e\u015fyalarla temas etmek suretiyle ve ebeveynlerin s\u00fcrekli bebekle ileti\u015fimde olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bu sesler biraz daha mant\u0131kl\u0131 kelimelere d\u00f6ner. Bebek bu sefer basit kelimeleri \u00e7\u0131karmaya ba\u015flar. Misal vermek gerekirse baba ve anne gibi. Bu kelimeleri \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131nca ebeveynleri taraf\u0131ndan duydu\u011fu kelimeleri kullanmaya ba\u015flar. Bebek baba dedi\u011finde veya anne dedi\u011finde onlar\u0131n anne ve baba oldu\u011funu kesin olarak bilmeyebilir. Sadece tekrar neticesinde art\u0131k o kelimeleri kullanabilmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zamanla anne ve baba kelimelerinin anlam\u0131na vak\u0131f olur. Di\u011fer kelimelere vukufiyeti de bu \u015fekildedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n farkl\u0131 bir dili \u00f6\u011frenmesi meselesinde ise bebe\u011fe davran\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi davran\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bebek ba\u015fta basit kelimeler \u00f6\u011frenir sonra basit c\u00fcmleler sonra konu\u015fmaya ba\u015flar. Ba\u015fka bir dili \u00f6\u011frenmek isteyenlerse ilk \u00f6nce anne, baba gibi kelimeleri \u00f6\u011frenmelidir. Sonras\u0131nda nas\u0131ls\u0131n gibi soru c\u00fcmlelerini \u00f6\u011frenir ve o dilde tan\u0131\u015fma \u00f6\u011frenilmi\u015f olur. Zaten bebekte en ba\u015fta basit kelimelerle ba\u015flay\u0131p konu\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015fti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lan yanl\u0131\u015f dil e\u011fitimleri sebebiyle on seneye yak\u0131n zorunlu \u0130ngilizce e\u011fitimi veren okullar\u0131m\u0131zda \u00e7ok nadir \u0130ngilizce \u00f6\u011frenen ki\u015fi \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu sistemde konu\u015fma yerine dil bilgisine \u00f6nem verilir. Benzer durum Arap\u00e7a a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ders verilen medreselerde de vard\u0131r. Medrese e\u011fitimi ile Arap\u00e7a \u00f6\u011frenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00f6\u011frencilerin bir zaman sonra Arap\u00e7a kelime bilmediklerinden konu\u015famad\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Biz bebe\u011fe baba ve anne yerine iyelik ekini \u00f6\u011fretseydik bebek de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015famazd\u0131. Bebe\u011fin en ba\u015fta dedi\u011fimiz gibi kulak a\u015final\u0131\u011f\u0131 sayesinde \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftik. Buradan yola \u00e7\u0131karsak ba\u015fka bir dil \u00f6\u011frenirken dinleme, g\u00f6rme, tekrar ve diyalogun olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu bedahet halinde bir vak\u0131a. Hangi e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olursa olsun bu yap\u0131dan uzakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 oranda dil \u00f6\u011fretiminden de o derece uzakla\u015f\u0131r ve ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bir verim alamaz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dil ve Anlay\u0131\u015f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dilde anlay\u0131\u015f mevzuu. Anlay\u0131\u015f bir kimsenin anlama bi\u00e7imi ya da anlama g\u00fcc\u00fc. Bu konuda m\u00e2n\u00e2 diline de\u011finebiliriz. M\u00e2n\u00e2 dili dedi\u011fimiz dil ak\u0131lla veya ilim tahsil ederek \u00f6\u011frenilmez. Bu biraz nasib i\u015fidir. Zira Kuran-\u0131 Kerim \u00fczerine o kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p iman etmeyen bedbaht ile fen ilimlerine o kadar vak\u0131f olup kainat \u00fczerinden Allah\u2019\u0131 kabule yana\u015fmayan, o kadar \u0130slami ilimler tahsil edip sahabeyi, hadisleri inkar eden bedbahtlarla, Kuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019i dahi tam bilmeyip Allah\u2019a iman eden insanlar bir olamaz. Birisinde Allah\u2019\u0131n nasibi sonucu m\u00e2n\u00e2 dilini bilen insan di\u011feri ise y\u0131llarca kitap okuyup kafa patlatsa da ilminin sadece kibir verdi\u011fi bedbaht. Malum oldu\u011fu \u00fczere m\u00e2n\u00e2 dilini \u00f6\u011frenmek kalb ile alakal\u0131 ve seziyle.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer bir anlay\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi jargon mevzuu. Mevzuyu misallerle a\u00e7\u0131klamaya gayret edecek olursak: \u0130stanbul\u2019da pazarlarda duyabilece\u011finiz bir kelime \u00e7engeldir. Bu kelimeyle asl\u0131nda salatal\u0131ktan bahsedilir. \u00c7engelk\u00f6y\u2019de yeti\u015fen salatal\u0131klar\u0131n g\u00fczel olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ismi \u00e7engel veya badem olarak kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lk defa \u0130stanbul\u2019da pazara giden bir ki\u015fi bunu anlamayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka misal: \u0130zmir\u2019e ilk defa gidip akrabalar\u0131nda kalan bir ki\u015fi akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na gevrek ve \u00e7i\u011fdem almalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fini duymu\u015f. Gevre\u011fin simit \u00e7i\u011fdemin ise \u00e7ekirdek oldu\u011funu sonradan \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f. \u0130zmir\u2019de jargon buymu\u015f. Jargon sadece b\u00f6lgelerde ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. Dolmu\u015flarda kullan\u0131lan oraya ve ortama mahsus ifadeler de \u201cdolmu\u015f jargonu\u201d diye ge\u00e7er. \u0130nilecek yeri ifade eden veya gidilecek yeri ifade eden c\u00fcmleler sadece dolmu\u015fa \u00f6zeldir. Ondan dolay\u0131 jargon bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir yer tutar. Bir ba\u015fka anlay\u0131\u015f meselesi kavramlara verilen m\u00e2n\u00e2 meselesidir. \u015eehid kelimesi bu konuya \u00e7ok uygun. \u015eehidin anlam\u0131 Allah yolunda yap\u0131lan bir ameliyede Allah r\u0131zas\u0131 i\u00e7in can\u0131n\u0131 veren ki\u015fi demektir. \u015eu an her \u00f6lene \u015fehid deniyor. Allaha inanmayan birisi \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bile \u015fehid deniyor. Bu anlamda anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re dilimiz \u015fekilleniyor. Kelimelerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u011flamlar anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dillerin De\u011fi\u015fimi ve Yeni Dil Olu\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u015fl\u0131kta ele alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z mesele baz\u0131 halklar\u0131n dil yap\u0131lar\u0131 ve zamanla dillerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen de\u011fi\u015fiklikler. Khoisan, \u00c7in, Yunan, Arap dilleri bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00a0Ayn\u0131 dili konu\u015fan insanlar birka\u00e7 yolla dillerinde de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe giderler veya yeni bir dil olu\u015ftururlar. Bu meseleyi detayland\u0131rmak gerekirse eskiden ya\u015fayan San halklar\u0131n\u0131n konu\u015ftu\u011fu Khoisan dillere bakabiliriz. San halklar\u0131 Afrika b\u00f6lgesinde birbirinden uzak ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ya\u015fayan kabile halklar\u0131. Konu\u015ftuklar\u0131 dillere \u201cKhoisan Dilleri\u201d denir. Her b\u00f6lgedeki insanlar\u0131n konu\u015ftuklar\u0131 diller birbirine benzer bunun nedeni ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kene sahip olmalar\u0131. Lakin ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgelerde birbirlerinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ya\u015famalar\u0131 zamanla dillerinde de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe sebep olmu\u015f ve farkl\u0131 diller meydana gelmi\u015ftir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fimin di\u011fer bir sebebi ticarettir. T\u00fcccarlar\u0131n ba\u015fka \u00fclkelere ticaret i\u00e7in gidip o b\u00f6lgenin insan\u0131na kendi mallar\u0131n\u0131 satmak suretiyle kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini yans\u0131tmalar\u0131 b\u00f6lge insanlar\u0131n\u0131n dillerinde de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe sebep olmu\u015ftur.\u00a0 Bu de\u011fi\u015fimin bir ba\u015fka yolu da sava\u015flard\u0131r. Sava\u015flar ve fetihler sonucu halklar birbirleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131rlar. E\u011fer fetheden halk\u0131n dili fethedilenden daha edebi ise ve fethedenin politikas\u0131 dili de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelikse kaybeden \u00fclkenin halk\u0131 zamanla kazanan\u0131n dilini konu\u015fmaya ba\u015flar veya dillerinde \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olur. E\u011fer kaybeden \u00fclkenin dili daha edebi ise kazanan \u00fclkenin insanlar\u0131 etkilenecektir ve dilleri de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011frayacakt\u0131r. Yunan b\u00f6lgesini fetheden Roma\u2019n\u0131n dilinin de\u011fi\u015fip Yunanca olmas\u0131 buna bir misaldir. Ayr\u0131ca dilin yaz\u0131ya ge\u00e7irilmesi bu konuda olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Yunancan\u0131n yaz\u0131ya ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 y\u0131llarca ya\u015famas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck co\u011frafyaya yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00fclkelerin dillerinin de\u011fi\u015fmesi ortaya \u00e7e\u015fitli aksan, leh\u00e7e ve diyalektlerin \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Buna \u00f6rnek olarak \u00c7in dili verilebilir. \u00c7ince s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011fram\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7ok geni\u015f olmas\u0131 dilinin dinamik olmas\u0131na sebep olmu\u015ftur. Bundan dolay\u0131 bir\u00e7ok leh\u00e7e ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r lakin \u00c7ince olarak hep kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve \u00c7ince\u2019den yeni diller t\u00fcrememi\u015ftir. Bunda en b\u00fcy\u00fck amil \u00c7in Devleti\u2019nin politikalar\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00c7in\u2019in bu kadar sene ayakta kalmas\u0131n\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fatmas\u0131n\u0131 diline ba\u011flayabiliriz. Diline sahip \u00e7\u0131kan halklar k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc de iyi bilirler ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fini bilen gelece\u011fini \u015fekillendirir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Netice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dil, en ba\u015ftan beridir var olan ve b\u00fct\u00fcn bir insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en \u00f6nemli mevzuu. Anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 etkileyen dil, m\u00e2n\u00e2y\u0131 etkileyen dil, \u00e7evremizle anla\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan dil. En \u00f6nemlisi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkile\u015fimin arac\u0131 olarak dil kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda. Dilin \u00f6nemi bir bedahet olarak apa\u00e7\u0131k.
